You can negotiate a good wholesale price from them so you have enough room to do a mark-up on the product for you to make profit. You need not take on their entire line of items and could only start off with a few like maybe jewelry pendants for all occasions.
By starting off like that, you would create a small client base which will trust you and would want to buy from you again. At a later stage you could build up your stock and go big.
